株式会社ロイズコンフェクト（以下「ロイズ」とする）は、お客様の個人情報を、法令及び本ポリシーに従って適切に取扱い、保護および厳重な管理に努めます。
■ 個人情報の取得と利用目的について
弊社は、お客様から氏名、電話番号、メールアドレス等の個人情報を取得します。個人情報を取得する際は法令に従った公正で適切な方法によることといたします。
個人情報は以下の目的で利用させていただきます。また、目的の範囲内であっても、違法又は不当な行為を助長し又は誘発するおそれがある方法で個人情報を利用いたしません。
  • ・お客様からのご予約お申込・ご要望・お問い合わせ・苦情等への対応
  • ・キャンペーン、アンケート、イベント等のご案内
  • ・商品・サービス（新商品や新たなサービスを含みます。）に関するご案内、情報のお届け
  • ・上記の他、個人情報を取得する際に明示する利用目的
■個人情報及び取引情報の第三者への開示・提供について
ロイズは、お客様の個人情報を、ご本人の同意なしに業務委託先以外の第三者へ開示・提供することはありません。 ただし、以下のような場合、許可なく個人情報・取引情報の第三者への開示・提供を行う場合があります。
  • ・お客様が事前に承諾された場合
  • ・法令により開示・提供が要求される場合
  • ・ロイズ、お客様または第三者の権利または財産を保護するために開示・提供する必要がある場合
  • ・不正行為等の防止及び対応を行う場合
ロイズが業務委託を行う際には、業務委託先の選定に配慮し、個人情報保護に関する契約を締結するなどにより適切に個人情報を保護します。また、必要に応じて業務委託先に対し個人情報保護の管理・監督を行います。
■個人情報の管理・保管について
ロイズは、お客様の個人情報を、厳重な管理体制のもとで管理・保管し、上記に定める場合以外で、個人情報が第三者に漏洩することのないようにセキュリティーの強化に努めます。
■個人情報の確認・変更・削除、開示、利用停止、情報提供の停止について
ロイズは、お客様の個人情報についての確認・変更・削除、開示、利用停止及び情報提供の停止については、お申し出いただいた方がご本人であることを確認した上で、別途定める手続きにより対応いたします。
個人情報の確認・変更・削除、開示、利用停止及び情報提供の停止に関するお申し出、お問い合わせや苦情等は次の受付窓口までご連絡ください。この手続きによらない開示等のお申し出には応じられない場合がありますので予めご了承ください。
本ポリシーは、お客様へのより良いサービスの提供のために、適宜法令等に基づいて改善を図ってまいります。
ROYCE’ Confect Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “ROYCE’”) is committed to handling customers’ personal information appropriately in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and this Policy, and will strive to protect and manage such information with the utmost care.
■ Collection and Purposes of Use of Personal Information
We collect personal information from customers, such as names, phone numbers, and email addresses. When collecting personal information, we do so through fair and appropriate means in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. We use personal information for the purposes set out below. Even within the scope of those purposes, we will not use personal information in any manner that may facilitate or induce illegal or unjust conduct.
  • ・Responding to customers’ reservations, requests, inquiries, complaints, and other communications
  • ・Providing information on campaigns, questionnaires, events, and other activities
  • ・Providing information and notices on products and services (including new products and services)
  • ・Fulfilling any other purposes indicated at the time of collecting personal information
■Disclosure and Provision of Personal Information and Transaction Information to Third Parties
ROYCE’ will not disclose or provide customers’ personal information to any third party other than contractors without the customers’ prior consent. However, we may disclose or provide personal information and transaction information to third parties without permission in the following cases.
  • ・When the customer has given prior consent
  • ・When disclosure or provision is required by applicable laws or regulations
  • ・When disclosure or provision is necessary to protect the rights or property of ROYCE’, the customer, or a third party
  • ・When prevention of or response to fraudulent or other wrongful activities is necessary
When outsourcing operations, Royce’ carefully selects its contractors and takes necessary measures to protect personal information, including entering into confidentiality agreements. Royce’ also manages and supervises contractors’ handling of personal information as needed.
■Management and Storage of Personal Information
ROYCE’ manages and stores customers’ personal information under stringent controls and strives to strengthen security measures to prevent any unauthorized disclosure of personal information to third parties, except in the cases specified above.
■Confirmation, Modification, Deletion, Disclosure, Suspension of Use, and Suspension of Provision of Personal Information
ROYCE’ will respond to customers’ requests for confirmation, modification, deletion, disclosure, suspension of use, and suspension of provision of their personal information in accordance with separately stipulated procedures after verifying the identity of the person making the request.
For any requests, inquiries, complaints, or other communications regarding the confirmation, modification, deletion, disclosure, suspension of use, or suspension of provision of personal information, please contact the point of contact below. Please note that ROYCE’ may not be able to respond to requests for disclosure or other similar matters that do not follow these procedures.
This Policy will be continuously improved to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and other relevant requirements, ensuring the provision of better services to customers.
