【Entrance and cancellation information(JR delay and suspention on 25 & 26 January)】

1月25日（日）、1月26日（月）は、JR学園都市線は大雪の影響により運休・遅延が発生いたしました。
今後1か月間は、1月25日、1月26日のご予約をご利用してご入場いただけます。
※事前のご連絡は不要です。
　当日のご入館の際に、10桁のシリアル番号を確認させていただきます。
　ご確認、ご準備のうえ、ご来館ください。

キャンセルをご希望のお客様は、大変お手数ですが、以下のアドレスまでメールにてお知らせ願います。
件名を「キャンセル」としていただき、お名前とキャンセルされるお客様全員分の10桁のシリアル番号をお知らせ下さい。
※2月2日（月）までにお申し出いただきたくお願いいたします。期間を過ぎますとご対応できない場合があります。
