当施設へのご入場には、公式サイトでの事前予約、または1階インフォメーションでの当日券のご購入をお願いしております。
当日券は、事前予約枠に空きがある場合のみご案内しており、事前予約で満席の際は、館内の混雑緩和のため、当日券の販売を見送らせていただく場合がございます。
開館直後のお時間やお盆期間中の終日は事前予約で満席となることが予想されます。
ご来館のご予定が事前に決まっておりましたら、公式サイトから予約のうえ、ご来館いただけますようお願いいたします。

We would like to thank you for your visit to ROYCE’ CACAO & CHOCOLATE TOWN.

To enter our facility, we ask you to make a reservation in advance on our website or purchase same-day ticket at the information desk on the 1st floor.
Same-day ticket is sold only when there is available on advance reservation.
If the reservation is fully booked, we will not sell same-day ticket to avoid crowded situation inside the facility.

We recommend to make a reservation in advance during August as crowded situation is expected due to summer holiday in Japan.
