平素よりロイズカカオ＆チョコレートタウンをご利用いただき、心より御礼申し上げます。

当施設へのご入場には、公式サイトでの事前予約、または1階インフォメーションでの当日券のご購入をお願いしております。
当日券は、事前予約枠に空きがある場合のみご案内しており、事前予約で満席の際は、館内の混雑緩和のため、当日券の販売を見送らせていただく場合がございます。
ゴールデンウィークやお盆などの連休期間は事前予約のうえ、ご来館いただけますようお願いいたします。

当日券の販売について、ご理解のほどお願いいたします。

We would like to thank you for your visit to ROYCE’ CACAO & CHOCOLATE TOWN.

To enter our facility, we ask you to make a reservation in advance on our website or purchase same-day ticket at the information desk on the 1st floor.
Same-day ticket is sold only when there is available on advance reservation.
If the reservation is fully booked, we will not sell same-day ticket to avoid crowded situation inside the facility.

We recommend to make a reservation in advance during consecutive holidays in Japan.
